Description of my issue:

Here is the error that I continue get during the extraction: Could not open /homepages/8/d491869766/htdocs/logs/index.html for writing I am using the direct method.

It gets about halfway though and stops with this message. I have made sure that I have enough disc space. Please let me know your thoughts ASAP.

The problem is the "logs" (note plural) folder. The Plesk host management system uses that folder and it is not writable by Kickstart. The folder that Joomla! usese for its log files should be named "log" by default.

The easiest way to fix this is to redo the backup and exclude the logs folder. If that can't be done, we can extract the archive to a local computer using the Akeeba eXtract Wizard, then upload everything except the logs folder or re-zip the files withiout the logs folder and use Kickstart to do the extraction.
