Msm 6000-7000mg

April
Fenugreek massage 15 min twice a day
Msm 6000-7000mg
Rockmelon 30 min a day for a month
Pm soap leave on for five min in shower
Primrose oil 2000mg (not sure will update later)

May
Fenugreek massage 15 min twice a day
Msm 6000-7000mg
Pm soap leave on for five min in shower
Sapien med breast enlargement hypnosis 30 min a day
Along with estrogen boost another 10 to 30 min a day
Primrose oil 2000mg (not sure will update later)

June
Fenugreek massage 15 min twice a day
Msm 6000-7000mg
Pm soap leave on for five min in shower
Primrose oil 2000mg (not sure will update later)

Aaaaahhh

So I got my fenugreek capsules today got a supply for at least a month
So am starting at 1220 mg of fenu before I sleep for Thursday, Friday
2440 mg sat and sun
Finally on my dose of 3050 on Monday and I will go on that dose from there on

A bit more on my program

I gave up on rockmelon after 8 days couldn't stand it and took too much time along with massaging might try again

I started massaging with fish oil 15 min twice a day

Been on msm for almost two weeks taking 4000mg

Taking one spoon of fso

Also starting fenugreek 3050 mg

So yea that's the program for the rest of March and April

Interesting program, can I ask why you take different dosages of fenugreek? Is it more effective to up the intake and keep changing?
