Ramen Santouka

(Sapporo, Japan)

Shouyu (soya sauce) ramen

Shouyu (soya sauce) ramen

Ramen Santouka originates from Asahikawa, Hokkaido, Japan and have branches all over the world.

As it's from Asahikawa, the shouyu (soya sauce) flavour ramen is their specialty. It really is awesome. The shio (salt) is also very very good.

You'll notice that the Japanese is written backwards on their shop signs, which reads "Katousan nmera"

A bowl of delicious ramen will cost you 700 yen.

Check out the site below for a list of branches.
