Each track plays two sounds at the appropriate times: a bell ringing when an attendee’s time is up, and a warning “ping” 30 seconds earlier. The Demo Sounds soundtrack is used at the start of the roundtable to familiarize attendees with the sounds they will hear.
FlexTime timer scripts
If you own the Macintosh timing software FlexTime you can use these two scripts to quickly create your own customized timing software for roundtable or other peer conference sessions. The downloads consist of compressed zip archives, which can be unzipped on your computer.
