Email to CustomerService@clagrills.com is the best way to contact us. We have a person dedicated to monitoring emails and telephone messages. Be sure to include your order# and a daytime telephone number so we can call you back.

We also welcome your telephone calls, although we cannot always answer the phone during the busy spring and summer. Our number is (501) 821-4050. If we are unable to answer, please leave a detailed message, including order# and telephone number where you can be reached. Even better is to send us an email with your call back number. We WILL return your call as soon as possible.

Canadian and other international customers: We do not collect VAT or other import taxes. If your country levies VAT or other import taxes, it is NOT included in our charges. You are responsible for any import taxes, typically collected on delivery, levied by your government.

Our office and warehouse are not open to the general public as all of our orders are processed online through our website.

These are our regular business hours but, being a family business, we are typically here beyond these hours. We frequently process orders on holidays, Sundays, and at all hours of the night.

We are not able to accept orders over the telephone or by email. Please place your order through our website's secure online shopping system.

We pack and ship Monday through Friday 8am to 6pm CST and frequently on Saturday during the busy spring and summer grilling season. We make every effort to get your order out the door as soon as possible and usually get it shipped within two days. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for delivery. Please see our Shipping policy for additional information.

NOTE: The free shipping and flat rate shipping charges are discounted courtesy rates for our customers that do not reflect the actual higher shipping charges we pay. While we normally ship these via UPS, at our discretion, we may ship via US Postal Service, or other carrier.

If there is a problem with your order please send an email to customerservice@clagrills.com describing the problem. Include the original order number in all correspondence. We will do whatever we can to resolve it promptly and fairly. Be sure to read our Return Policy.
