Kelly Niland
Kelly started her Pilates practice in 2012 and soon began to see changes in her body that training for triathlons and century bike rides never produced. Kelly is trained and certified in Mat Pilates and Anatomy through Balanced Body and she is looking forward to growing and developing her teaching skills at City Fitness. Kelly is also a Hoopnotica-Certified Hoop Dance Instructor and has traveled to Paris, and soon to Bali, to sharpen her skills. When not in the studio, you will find Kelly practicing a new trick with her hula hoop in the park with her dog Mollybee close by.
