@MrDC_Harrington @VodafoneUK Thank you Reece. Fully appreciate that technology will fail from time to time. What's important is consistent communication from Vodafone which doesn't happen. Alerts advising of issues don't work, call centres are inconsistent too. Will review in June at the end of my contract.

@inboxsm7 TRAI needs to look into call drops and frequent complaints of voice breaking, lack of sound issues with Vodafone and Airtel services. It appears there are lesser percentage of towers to air the signals vis-a-vis number of mobile connections resulting in poor service

@mac_clusky @RuthAidoo17 My only issue with Vodafone is the internet speed. The speed is often great at some parts of Accra and slow at some places. I will advise you run internet speed test at your end or area first.
