Installation

If you are installing iAudit (Offline Tool) for the first time on a specific computer, click the Download button and view the new installation Screen-by-Screen Instructions below. You may only install the Offline Auditing Tool on one computer/device at a time; otherwise, synchronizing issues will occur.

Frequently Asked Questions

I don't know/don't remember my username/password?
NSF offline tool uses the same username password you use to login to NSF computer/email. Please contact the Help Desk if you forgot your NSF email username or password.

I am getting a "Network Disconnected During Sync" error.
Check if you have a functioning, stable high-speed Internet connection. One way to check is to open a new Internet Explorer window, go to www.speedtest.net, and click Begin Test. If you are not able to view the website, please make sure your Internet connection is working properly. If the test completes without problems, note the upload and download speeds reported by the test and then contact the Help Desk for additional assistance.

Opening a PDF report (e.g., audit report, FRS, etc.) opens a blank Adobe Reader window.
Click here and follow the on-screen instructions to install Adobe Reader 9.2 or above. (Please unselect the "Free Google Toolbar" checkbox before clicking the Download button.)

Will NSF offline auditing tool work on my Mac?
Currently we do not support on Macintosh/Apple hardware.

I bought a new computer. How can I transfer NSF Auditing tool from my old computer to the new one?
Here’s the recommended procedure: 1) Sync NSF Auditing tool on the old computer. 2) Uninstall it from the old computer. 3) Follow the new installation instructions to install it on the new computer.
