OSAC is a free service provided by the U.S. Department of State. There are no dues or fees associated with any OSAC membership, product, event, or other resource.

There are two OSAC account levels available to individuals:

The Limited Access account requires no vetting and is open to anyone without restriction. Just click the "Apply Now" button below and fill out your information to get immediate access to a limited set of OSAC resources.

Full Access membership is only available to employees of OSAC-approved organizations. (See below criteria.) Each individual applying for Full Access membership will be vetted by the administrator of their organization’s OSAC account. Please allow time for this review process. If you do not receive a reply within 30 days, contact OSAC Admin at osacadmin@state.gov.

The following criteria must be met for OSAC organization approval. The organization must:

• Be incorporated in the United States and be able to provide proof of that Incorporation

• Have its headquarters located within the United States

• If your organization is not already OSAC-approved, only a senior management official with international security responsibilities, who is based out of your organization's United States headquarters may apply for organization approval. Please identify this individual and have them click the "Apply Now" button below and follow the prompts to seek organization approval.

Federal, state, and local government and military employees are automatically approved for Full Access membership if applying with a .gov or .mil email address. Proof of employment by a state or local government organization must be provided when the applicant's email address is not .gov or .mil.
