Sandra K. Parish

Sandra K. Parish, age 67, of Sanford, Florida passed away Saturday, February 28, 2015 at Central Florida Regional Hospital in Sanford Florida. She was born July 6, 1947 in New Castle, Indiana to the late Haskell Williard and Bessie Marie Polson.

She was a homemaker and stay at home mom. Sandra attended Paola Wesleyan Church in Sanford, Florida. She enjoyed sewing, reading and rummage sales.

Survivors include her husband, Cletius Parish of Sanford, FL; nine children, Christie Githens of Deltona, FL, Daphne Garrett of Cassellberry, FL, Melvin ”Dean” Orr of Shelbyville, IN, Tony Prater of New Castle, Ronnie Parrish of Kokomo, Lori Teter of New Castle, Mike Parrish of Kempton, IN, Jamie Parrish of Ft. Worth, TX and Jodi Parrish of New Castle; thirty three grandchildren and several great grandchildren; three sisters, Connie Sexton of Sanford, FL, Ruth Triplett of Dothan, AL and Sheila Evans of Muncie, IN; brother, Richard Polson of Sanford, FL; several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Jerry Polson; sisters, Helen Privett and Mary “Elizabeth” Conway; son, John Parrish; grandson, Casey Parrish.
