Combustion Policies:
1. 1 week preliminary period where 3 or more guildees have to vouch for a Nova to stay. If not, kick hammer is brought down.
Ranking:
GM - Obvious.
Officer's Custom Title - Rank given to veterans of the Guild. All privelages.
Supernova - Member rank that identifies those are active and participating in guild affairs. May invite new people but not access GB.
Nova - Recruit rank that identifies new guildees. Serves as a trial period.
2. Only officers and GM can directly withdraw from GB. Officers may withdraw for any Supernova upon request.
3. 500g a day to donation to help the generation gear grind. GB can buy materials from guildees instead of using the broker.
a. Generation order is decided by those who are most active and have the BoP materials and timeworn weaponry.
b. As an alternative generation materials can be donated either as a substitute or additive to the 500g.
c. The more one donate's the higher the likely hood of moving up in the Generation order.
* Failure to donate will not result in a kick immediately, but it would hinder guildees getting geared, thus hurting guild runs.
4. Regular members are limited to 1 main and 1 alt. Officers may have 2 alts. Additional alts may be had if the alt is essential to helping the guild (ie crafter, farmer, PvP hero etc).
a. Alts must be labeled in some way to identify who the main is.
b. Any level is fine, so long as the character is active.
4. A month of inactivity will result in a kick unless a reason is given for extended absence to an officer or GM.
* The most important thing is being active. We are willing to teach and help guildees become better players, but that can't happen if people are not active.
* The point of everything stated above is ensure that guild runs are frequent, smooth, and fun as hell.
TL:DR
* Be active, don't a douchebag, and be reasonable. Helpful guildees, both in combat and out, benefit more than turd sandwich ones.
