I enjoy designing, managing and promoting the company culture across the company’s values and alignment with the business strategy. My work focus on implement people’s strategies and activities that foster growth and organizational effectiveness. I constantly analyse the data we collect from the pulse/engagement surveys around the year.

My efforts head to empower the organization through effective communication and an agile mindset – a process that starts with understanding the human needs of an organization, making them happy and also learning how we can help them into its ultimate goals. In other words, I create the best and coolest employee experience 😊
