News to share from Gary Fox (Team Play Captain):
As you know, I am leaving PV soon .
This means PVCC needs a new Captain for Team Play. Pat Shannon and I have chosen Jack Boysen! Pat Shannon will remain as the Assistant Captain.
Jack has experience with Team Play from his association in the past at Santa Maria CC.
The entire team has accepted Jack. I know the team will continue its winning traditions and bring back the championship!

Senior Club Champion – John Empey (71) wins in a 3-man playoff with a par on the first hole!
This is John’s 5th Club Championship!
Super Senior Champion is Gary Fox who shot a final round (74) and wins by (5) strokes!

Memorial Cup Matches:
Palmer Flight is now complete!
Championship Bracket final (Miller/Calkins over Simpson/Chanen) (4 & 3)
Consolation Bracket final (Boysen/Cohen over Alway/Ortega) (5 & 4)

Nicklaus Flight is now complete!:
Consolation Flight winners are Stanger/Tuxhorn with a (1 up) Finals score over (Schoenhals/Handa)
Championship Flight finals (Wimmer/Nelson beat Wilson/Schwoerer (1 up)

Calcutta & Memorial Cup winnings information:
We are planning to meet at the lounge on the 11^th of April between noon and 2 PM to pass out the winnings for the Memorial Cup and the Calcutta. Please plan on picking up your cash or sending a representative. If you are leaving the desert prior to the 11^th please let Fred Bowser know so he can make other arrangements.

Note: Any money that is not redeemed will be donated to the Fred & Dennis golf lesson and beer fund.
