Survived by daughter: Amy Lynn Otts; mother, Lee Camper; sisters, Mildred Spivey (Sam), Donna Taylor; nephew, Rodney Spivey, nieces, Kelly Davis, Penny Douglas, Sarah Long, Leslie Otts; great nephews, Daniel Spivey, Anthony Spivey; great nieces, Ashlea Vanderbilt and Carolyn Long. Service will be 10:00AM Monday March 9, 2015 at New Hope Funeral Home, 500 E. Hwy. 80, Sunnyvale, TX. 75182.Family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday morning from 12:00PM - 3:00PM.
