Having witnessed The Anchor's masterful work as an event host firsthand, I can attest to the fact that he truly is a consummate professional and an expert in his craft. His stellar ability was on full display during the 62nd Annual General Conference of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA-AGC), held in Lagos in August 2022. As the President of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), at the time, I witnessed, up close, The Anchor's stage command and his very deft handling of the audience.

The NBA-AGC is the most important event on the NBA calendar, and its Opening Ceremony is one of the most prestigious and high-profile events in Nigeria in any given year. It was a great pleasure to work with Dele Balogun "The Anchor" during our (Gbenga Biobaku & Co) 20th Anniversary Dinner and Celebrations in January 2023.

The Anchor was highly recommended to host the commissioning of the first deep sea port in Nigeria. We were expecting the President of Nigeria, the Executive Governor of Lagos State, countless Honourable Ministers, the Executive Cabinet of Lagos State, CEOs of powerful government regulatory agencies, traditional rulers, diplomatic dignitaries, highly respected private sector bigwigs etc. Thus, it was important that we had a host who could make these diverse groups feel engaged and comfortable all through the ceremony. There were also a lot of last minute changes being communicated to the organizing committee of the event and the Anchor was not fazed by any of these changes to the agenda. He handled it all smoothly and with panache, working seamlessly with the co-host to deliver a top notch experience. Kudos!
