I am a 19yr old male who is currently working as a chef in the heart of somerset. I have been riding for 3 yrs now and have loved every second im on a bike. I wanted to do this for about a year or so now but have been waying up the options and now its time i have found a cause i truly believe in and it will be my honour to represent them through this and hopefully raise enough money to make a big difference.

I am leaving from my home town of Porlock in Somerset on the 27th of May 2014 to begin a charity ride around the coasts and boarders of Britain and continental Europe. I'll be covering a distance of roughly 24,000 miles, all of them on a 125cc motorcycle.I am doing this for The Bike Experience (www.tbex.co.uk), a charity that helps disabled riders who have been through traumatic injuries to get back on a motorbike and ride again in a safe, controlled environment.The Bike Experience organisers and volunteers help the riders throughout the whole experience, even providing and adapting the bikes so they can be used safely by amputees and even paraplegics.From the riders' point of view, when they ride a bike again it gives them a genuine freedom from their disabilities, and gives them a chance to do something that they still have a real passion for, even though they may have been told they can never ride again.If you can help in any way, you would be helping someone feel truly free from their disability, giving them their life back for a few hours.My chosen route will take me around Britain before crossing the Channel to France. Once there I'll be heading North to travel up to Scandinavia and the highest road in Sweden before heading South again along the Russian border until I reach the Mediterranean.After that I'll be riding back to France, across to Jersey finally back along the British coast again, bringing me back home to Somerset.

This is a map of my route i travel from my hometown in somerset round the boarders of England, Wales and Scotland to Dover then I travel to Calais and upwards to the most northern Town on the curcuit route
(Adamsfjord) then down along the russian border weaving in and out of it to avoid hills and bad roads. From there i go along the Medditerranian to Gilbralta.After the med i will be heading back up the west of europe with one last stop in Jersey ( A place i used to live) from the island back to france along the coast to Calais back to Dover. My finial leg of the route is along the southern coast of England and back to my home down.
