What are the Bach Flower Remedies?
The Bach Flower Remedies are a system of flower essences developed by Dr. Edward Bach, a medical doctor, bacteriologist, homoeopath, and spiritual writer. Each of the remedies uses the natural vibrational frequency of a flower to help to bring balance to how we think and feel, to our thoughts and emotions, enhancing our well-being and inner peace. Dr. Bach's life journey was one of trying to find the truth about the human condition and his understandings lead him to believe that our emotional health is causal factor in our overall well-being. The 38 Bach Remedies, and the philosophy that goes with them, were Dr. Bach's gift to the world.

Why are the Bach Flower Remedies so important?
The 38 Bach Flower Remedies are really the birth place of modern day Flower Essences. Dr. Bach discovered that the unique subtle energy or vibrational frequency of a flower had a profound effect on the human energy system, or more precisely on our thoughts and feelings. He found that when he used his 38 remedies on patients they had the effect of gently helping to restore a sense of balance and harmony in their mental and emotional well-being. Since Dr. Bach's work in the 1930's the Bach Flower Remedies have been used all around the world and they are an important tool for personal and spiritual growth. They are simple, effective and easy to use and they can be given to adults, children, pets and plants.

We are Crystal Herbs and we've been making authentic, handmade Bach Flower Remedies according to the original instructions of Dr. Edward Bach since the late 1980's. The Bach Remedies were the starting point for our journey with Flower Essences, and they are still the foundation point of our work. We greatly honour the work of Edward Bach, he was both a pioneer and a path finder, and for us it is very important that the Bach Flower Remedies that we make are made exactly according to his original instructions. It was his great desire that everyone could have access to both the remedies and understandings that go with them, and for us this is part of the driving force behind our work with the Bach Flower Remedies.
From making the Mother Tincture to bottling and labelling the stock bottles that we send you, each remedy is handmade with love and care helping to ensure that we provide you with the best possible quality of remedy.
