Who we are
Moldes Saltillo was established in 2005. We are a subsidiary of Aluminum Mold & Pattern, a Canadian company located in Toronto with more than 50 years of experience on aluminum tools manufacturing.
Where we are
We are located in Saltillo, Coahuila, Mexico. Our convenient location (3 hours from the US border) allows us to provide fast service to all North American markets.
Our capabilities
Moldes Saltillo has been supplying solutions for a wide range of industries such as automotive, consumer goods, entertainment, packaging, etc.
Our shop with more than 21,000 sq. ft. of space and 85 associates offers CAD/CAM support (CATIA, PowerMill, Solid Works), CNC machining (CNC machines with 3, 4 and 5 axis capabilities), CMM and scanning services (Faro arm), pattern shop, aluminum foundry (2 furnaces, 1200 and 600 pounds) and production areas ready to produce tools or perform engineering changes.
- Our core business is the manufacture of CNC and cast aluminum tools for EPP/EPS and polyurethane foam parts.
- We also provide tools for rotomolding, blow molding, compression molding, thermoforming and vacuum forming processes.
- We offer additional services like tool hardware parts, prototype machined parts, sandblasting, MIG/TIG welding, part validation equipment, models and patterns, cast aluminum pieces, fixtures, etc.
- With the full support of our parent company’s (AM&P), we can offer a fast and accurate response to our customers’ demands for high-complexity parts and/or tools.
