How to track my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email on your registered email id and a WhatsApp notification.

Additionally, you can track our order from the Login section in the header of the website.

Where all is our delivery available?

We currently ship PAN India and more than 24000 pin codes are covered by us. However, some pin code might not be serviceable as per the courier partner serviceability.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, you can change or cancel you order before the order is shipped. Once your order is shipped, no changes or cancellation can be done. Only unshipped orders can be changed or cancelled. To make changes to your unshipped order, please reach out to us through the contacts us section.

How long does it take to ship my order?

All Orders come with FREE Shipping.

Once shipped, average Delivery Time for all orders is between 3-6 working days. However, delivery time may increase or decrease as per the delivery services available at those pin code.

What are the payment methods that we accept?

We accept CASH ON DELIVERY orders only currently . Soon, you may pre-purchase from our website using a debit card, credit card, UPI, Wallet etc.

What if I'm not home to receive my order?

If you're not home or due to some reason your order is undelivered. Then you may schedule your delivery for another delivery attempt. You will receive an update via SMS, email and WhatsApp about the undelivered shipment. Reply to this message to reschedule your delivery. A new delivery shall be performed the next day or within 24-48 hours. Delivery partner may reach out to schedule your reattempt date.

What if I received a damaged or defective product?

In-case you received an order which has a missing, damaged or defective product/item. Please connect with us within 24 hours through our contact us section. Also, it is recommended to make an unboxing video of the order delivered. This will help our team to ensure a speedy resolution.
